TURN KEY PROJECTS

UTECO offers turnkey projects, which include equipment, civil works, assembly, assisted operation, technical support, training, spare parts supply, maintenance, and project finance.

This is a partial list of projects lead by UTECO:

	In the Power Generation arena, the group has participated in the development of the following projects:
	Two thermal power generation units of 320MW (US$80M).
	80 MW steam turbine and HRSG in a 400MW combined cycle (US$80M).
	2 used thermoelectric units of 200MW (US$30M).
	Supply, installation and turn key of vibration monitoring equipment in five hydroelectric plants..
	Three gas turbines of approximately 170MW each.

	In the oil and gas sector, the group supplied the following:
	Gas compressor, 2 MMSCF, 3,000 PSI (US$ 650,000).
	Miscellaneous material for oil wells such as carbon steel pipes with or without HDPE coating and sucker rods (US$ 600,000).
	Decompression and diving equipment (US$ 400,000)

	In the Industrial sector, the group supplied the following:
	18 Submarine hoses for the transportation of chemical products (US$ 100,000).
	Overhead conveyor systems for automatic assembly and paint processes (US$ 1M).
	Chemical products for mineral refining processes.
