UTECO belongs to an international group of companies composed of First Technology, Inc in Florida, USA and UNOTECH in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and a network of associated companies in the region, that attends to the needs of goods and services of Peruvian industrial companies, mainly in the following industries: mining, power generation and distribution, oil and gas, chemical, and environmental control.

UTECO was founded in 1982, and has more than 40 professionals in staff. It is located in the capital city of Lima. It has offices in the cities of Arequipa, Chimbote, and Talara and has a network of distributors throughout the Peruvian territory.
